Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via Canada Post and UPS. We aim to process and ship wholesale orders within 2 weeks, however times may vary depending on the items/quantities ordered. Many of our items are handmade in small batches, so sometimes we may need a longer lead time. You will know how long before committing to your order. You can request a specific delivery date when submitting your order and we'll do our absolute best.
Shipping costs depend on order size/weight and vary by country:
Canadian customers would expect to pay around $25-$50 CAD;
US customers $30-$60 USD;
International customers $100-$300 CAD depending on location and order size.
When we have your order ready to go, we will send you an invoice, including exact shipping costs, which will include a payment link. As soon as we receive payment, your order will be on its way via tracked parcel.
Shipping times to US & Canada are between 3 and 10 business days. International order shipping times are between 5 and 14 business days, depending on destination. We offer UPS 3-day guaranteed to the US if you need your parcel in a hurry. Please make a note at checkout and we'll do our best to rush your order.
