Where's My Order?

To ensure that your order went through, kindly check that you see it in the All Orders section of your customer profile menu in the top right.

Once you've submitted your order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to review and ensure we have everything you requested in stock and available. If everything is in order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the order quote attached for your records.

We'll e-mail you an invoice, including shipping costs once your parcel is ready to ship, typically within 1-2 weeks of your order request, unless you requested a specific delivery timeline at checkout.

The invoice e-mail will have payment links/deposit instructions within the attached PDF.

As soon as your outstanding total is settled, we'll send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking link. You can always check on the status of your order by logging in and finding it in "All Orders"
