Returns & Exchanges

At Thread & Maple, we take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to provide excellent service to our wholesale partners. Please review the following return and exchange guidelines for wholesale orders:

1. Returns

  • We accept returns of damaged or defective items only. These must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.
  • All return requests must be submitted via email to wholesale@threadandmaple.com, including:
    • Order number
    • Description and photo(s) of the issue
  • Upon approval, we will provide return instructions. Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges will be offered only in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost once the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Change-of-mind or unsold inventory
    • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
    • Limited edition or discontinued items

4. Shipping Costs

  • If a return is approved due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product or wrong item shipped), Thread & Maple will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other return requests (if granted at our discretion), the Retailer will be responsible for shipping costs.

5. Shortages or Discrepancies

  • Any order discrepancies (e.g., missing or incorrect items) must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Note that any shipping damage or loss must be claimed by consignee with carrier.
