Returns & Exchanges
Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies and notify us right away. Note that any shipping damage or loss must be claimed by consignee with carrier.
Please submit request for return/exchange within 14 days of receipt by e-mailing us at wholesale@threadandmaple.com. Requests beyond the 14 day timeline will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We will always strive to ensure that any issues are remedied and that you receive the best quality products from our shop!
