How to Order
Welcome! We're honoured that you've chosen to offer our products in your shop! Below is a quick guide to walk you through our ordering process:
Getting Started
- If you don't have a login, please click here to request a wholesale account with us.
- Check your e-mail for your unique invitation link, it will be from Thread and Maple <noreply@post.dearsystems.com>. Search in your spam folder in case it gets swept away.
- Set your password to log in, view our catalogue, and place an order.
Order Minimums
We request a CAD $1,000 | USD $800 | £650 | €750 | AUD $1,100 minimum on your first order, with no minimums thereafter. Please review our Payment & Taxes page for more details.
Currencies & Prices
Our wholesale price lists are available for CAD/USD/EUR/GBP/AUD. You will see prices in the portal depending on your shop location provided when you completed our wholesale inquiry form. Our CAD prices are converted to your home currency at the most recent conversion rate. Your invoice will be issued in your home currency and you can pay in that currency to avoid incurring exchange fees by your bank. You can see your home currency in the top left of your window.
Placing an Order
- Take a look at our Initial Buyer's Guide for best seller recommendations.
- Add your desired items to cart and proceed to checkout.
- Select your preferred payment method. We accept credit cards, PayPal or bank transfers to one of our CAD/USD/EUR/GBP/AUD accounts. You won't need to provide payment until we've reviewed and confirmed your order request.
- We will review your order and if there are any issues, we'll reach out via e-mail right away. If everything is in order, we'll e-mail you a quote with the full list of items that we'll preparing for you and provide you with an estimated ship date.
- We'll e-mail you an invoice, including shipping costs once your parcel is ready to ship, typically within 1-2 weeks of your order request, unless you requested a specific delivery timeline at checkout. The invoice e-mail will have payment links/deposit instructions within the attached PDF.
- As soon as your outstanding total is settled, we'll send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking link. You can always check on the status of your order by logging in and finding it in "All Orders"
Listing & Pricing In Your Shop
Our RRP can be found for all items on the product details page above the "Add to Cart" button. When there are multiple variants of an item, you can view the retail price by clicking on the quantity field of each one:
EU/UK shops tend to bump our RRP by 10-15% to offset VAT duties.
