Kindly note that to open and maintain a wholesale account with us:

• You must have a brick & mortar yarn shop, unless we've expressly approved your online shop
• You agree not to sell Thread & Maple products on third party websites (ie Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc)

We would like to ask that you refrain from using any photography/copy from our website or Instagram that isn't provided in our Wholesale Marketing Pack.

While we will always do our best to process and ship your orders within 2 weeks, we cannot guarantee delivery for all orders within this timeline at all times. Should you decide to take preorders from customers for our products, we can only commit to delivery dates once we've received your order, reviewed it, and confirmed delivery timelines with you.
